An excellent hotel in a very nice quiet area, a 10-15 minute walk over the river to Old Town. A tram stop is also nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with very nice furnishings and flooring. Extra clean. Very nice, helpful staff. Breakfast was better than other similar hotels. Non-touristy restaurants nearby. A good value for this quality hotel.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. We were one block from Augustus Christmas holiday market. It had the best breakfast on our trip of three cities. When you start off your day, we a glass of Proseco, what more can you ask for?

We loved the layout of the hotel. An old home turned into a beautiful hotel. Walking distance to the best Christmas market in Germany. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

I should say that in fact we were upgraded to the Bulow Palais next door: all my comments therefore relate to that. The Bulow Palais breakfast is superb: everything you want.

This is an exquisite place with great care to details. I have been travelling places since years and I can tell you: outstanding staff and service. If a pool is added, it would be close to impossible to beat this one.
